General terms of sale

The Terms of Sale described here cover the offer and sale of products on the www.coprimaterassiusaegetta.it website, in accordance with the Italian legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 206/2005 and its subsequent amendments.
Coprimaterassiusaegetta.it is an e-commerce site for the purchase of disposable linens, specifically aimed at hotels, campsites, apartments and bed and breakfasts.

The seller of these products and proprietor of the Site is Blu Service SNC (hereafter “Blu Service”).

The consumer using this Site to make purchases (hereafter the “Customer” is required to carefully read these General Terms before making an order.

Acceptance of the terms

In order to make a purchase, it is necessary to accept the current General terms of use and General terms of sale, which also contain information regarding the processing of personal information by Blu Service.

By clicking on “Send order request” in the “Checkout” section, the order sent by the Customer is viewed as a contract proposal (Order) and the Customer declares that they have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order in question, in particular, the current General Terms, prices, User registration, characteristics, quantities and delivery times for the products on sale and ordered by the Customer.

Each Order sent by the Customer implies acceptance of the General terms of sale and the Privacy and Cookie Policy and constitutes an offer to purchase Blu Service’s products.

 

1) User registration

The information and personal details provided by the User must be accurate, precise, truthful and up-to-date. Blu Service shall not be held responsible for the veracity of the information provided.

The information provided by the User during registration will be used by Blu Service to offer an efficient service.

Access to your profile involves the use of the Username and Password credentials provided during registration.
The Profile is unique, personal and non-transferable, and it is therefore forbidden for an individual User to register multiple Profiles.
It is possible to change your date at any time by accessing the Profile with your personal Username and Password and going to the Account details page.
Registered customers can cancel their subscription to the site at any time.

 

2) Newsletter

Should they not wish to receive the Blu Service newsletter, the Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using a special cancellation link found in each newsletter.

 

3) Product and price information

The description and characteristics of the products, and the prices, excluding VAT, are indicated in each product profile in the online catalogue, and can be viewed when choosing and preparing the order.
The products may be modified following updates by Blu Service.
Blu Service may amend the sale price of products at any time and without advance warning. Said change shall be reported to the Customer before any Order is made.
The images are shown solely for demonstrative purposes and are the property of Blu Service.
The product prices do not include shipping fees.

 

4) Delivery of products

The shipping time for products in Italy is between 1 and 3 working days, based on the Italian calendar. For shipments to Sicily and Sardinia, said shipping time may be subject to an extension of 1–2 working days, based on the Italian calendar.

Shipping costs may be amended by Blu Service at any time, but said amendments shall not apply to previously made and accepted Orders.

In the event of an inability, whether temporary or otherwise, to process an order, either in part or in full, Blu Service will send an email to the customer in a timely manner to make arrangements, with no prejudice to the potential cancellation, in part or in full, of the order by the customer and the repayment of any relevant fee that has already been paid via Bank Transfer.

 

5) Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery

In all cases, Blu Service reserves the right to suspend or cancel, at any time and at its sole discretion, the execution of an Order and/or the shipping of the ordered products in the event of a non-payment or a partial payment of each sum by the Customer.

 

6) Pre-orders

A pre-order is generated via the online form. The Blu Service staff will manage this request and covert the pre-order into an effective order by supplying the payment details.

You will receive the documentation and the invoices at the indicated addresses.

 

7) Pre-order cancellations

The Customer may cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • Within 1 hour of making the order by calling Blu Service at +39 0421 81618, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
  • By sending an email to info@coprimaterassiusaegetta.it or a communication to the Blu Service address, exercising your right to termination in compliance with the terms laid out in the “Right to termination” paragraph of the current General terms of sale.

 

8) Right to termination

In the event of changing your mind, you can communicate your intentions to us within 14 days of receiving the package. We will explain the procedures for recovering the goods and the reimbursement of products (only if they are intact).
Send an email to info@coprimaterassiusaegetta.it with your details, the order reference number and the reason for returning it.

In order to exercise the right to termination, the Customer must inform Blu Service at one of the following addresses:

The Customer must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract entered into with Blu Service, by means of an explicit declaration, send via post, fax or email to one of the addresses indicated above. In order to comply with the termination deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication regarding their exercising of the right to termination before the deadline of the termination period.

 

9) Promotional campaigns

Each Promotional Campaign has a fixed duration, which will be specified to the Customer on the Website. This duration may be amended during the course of the Campaign.

Blu Service reserves the right to assign coupons or voucher codes to its Customers.
The voucher codes may be subject to minimum cost amounts or restricted to certain goods or product lines.
Unless specified otherwise, the voucher code is personal and linked to the User’s account and may be used for a single purchase, after which it will be automatically cancelled.

The voucher code may be used only once, unless specified otherwise
The voucher code may not be converted to cash by any means
Voucher codes may not be combined

These coupons are used by entering the Code possessed by the User in the appropriate space when making a purchase.

 

10) Applicable laws and jurisdiction

The present terms of use shall be regulated in their entirety by Italian law.  The Court in the location where the Customer resides or has designated as their address for the purposes of this contract shall be responsible for any disputes between the Customer and the Partner arising from the interpretation, execution and resolution of this contract.
