Delivery times and shipping fees
Transport costs are quantified with the order and destination of goods.
We guarantee delivery via our trusted shipping agent to your establishment within 2 working days (4/5 for islands), unless otherwise communicated by the courier.
The actual cost will be communicated after the order request based on the destination country.
Do you have your own courier?
You can organise transport as you wish: if you already use a trusted shipping agent who offers better prices than those on offer, or you want to collect the goods in some other way, simply inform us when making the order.
Should you choose not to use our shipping service, the requested goods will only be sent after the invoice has been paid.
Do you ship throughout Europe?
We ship throughout Europe and in countries outside the European Community.
The price list refers only to shipments within the European Community.
Damaged parcels
Any exterior damages or missing items with regards to the number of parcels or instructions must be immediately indicated to the courier making the delivery, by writing “collected with reservations” on the accompanying confirmation slip within 8 (eight) days, by sending a registered letter to the courier, whose address will be found on the accompanying documentation. In the specific case of a damaged parcel, write “collected with reservations, because the parcel is damaged.”
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Consumer may not raise any objections regarding the nature of the packages delivered, with no prejudice to the provisions of Art.14 of the Terms of Sale (Right to Termination).
Tracking
If necessary, the tracking number will be provided so the status of the order can be monitored.
